Antoine Van Audenrode is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office and a member of the firm’s Advocacy Group, where his practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, and class actions. |
He is result-oriented and highly skilled at developing and implementing conflict resolution strategies that are practical, creative and, above all, tailored to his clients’ needs.
Over the course of his career, Antoine has gained experience as a renowned and respected litigator, having successfully represented clients before all levels of court, as well as during arbitration, mediation and alternate dispute resolution.
Antoine advises companies (and/or their shareholders) of all sizes, real estate owners, insurers, manufacturers, retailers, public and parapublic companies, and foreign states in various complex disputes.
His practice concentrates on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, class actions, as well as construction and real estate litigation, including with respect to commercial leasing, mortgage recovery, condominium law, transfer of title and easements.
Antoine also has extensive experience in urgent and extraordinary remedies, including seizures before judgement, injunctions of any kind and safeguard orders.
He holds a joint Honours bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the Université de Montréal, where he also obtained an LLB and a JD in North American common law.
Antoine practises in both English and French.
