Bio
Anuj Johar is a member of our Real Estate Group and is based in our Dubai office. Anuj qualified in our Birmingham office in 2012 and has been based in our Dubai office since 2018. Anuj specialises in UK residential-led development projects and acts for large UK housebuilders, developers and promoters on a variety of acquisitions and disposals across the UK.
Anuj has experience in negotiating both immediate and strategic land deals, including unconditional and conditional acquisition agreements, promotion agreements, option agreements and collaboration agreements. Anuj also acts for housebuilders on disposals to registered providers of affordable housing. Anuj also has some relevant experience in acting for housebuilders seeking to raise development finance to fund their development projects with third party funders.
Anuj is a first point of contact for any developers in the GCC and Middle East who are seeking to invest in real estate opportunities in the UK.
Anuj's clients include Bloor Homes, Bellway Homes, Harpercrewe Ltd, Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Endurance Estates, Cameron Homes and Latimer Developments.
