Caroline Wort

Caroline Wort has vast experience in dealing with commercial real estate disputes. She is a Consultant and senior member of the Birmingham team, who acts for a number of key real estate clients.

Caroline has a number of reported cases to her name, including Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust v Birmingham City Council and her expertise encompasses a broad range of landlord and tenant issues and real estate disputes.

She has most recently been acting for an investment funds in relation to the renewal of a portfolio of retail units and in a claim retaining to restrictive covenants. She also has expertise in telecoms and rating disputes.
