Charlotte specialises in delivering practical advice and providing commercial solutions to a wide range of property disputes.
With extensive experience in court litigation and as a qualified solicitor advocate, Charlotte advises on complex and high value property disputes using either the courts or alternative dispute resolution to find the best solution for her clients.
Charlotte regularly advises clients with large scale property interests on day to day landlord and tenant matters and on a range of potentially contentious issues. This includes rent reviews, dilapidations disputes, insolvency and rent arrears, service charge disputes and break notices. Charlotte also has experience in formulating and managing vacant possession strategies.
Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Charlotte was an associate in the Dispute Resolution department of a large multinational law firm where she advised clients on both commercial and property related disputes, including a joint venture dispute relating to the rollout of the 3G network.
