Christopher Brennan
- Qualified, Solicitor of England & Wales (1996)
Chris is a leading lawyer in public procurement. He brings over two decades of experience in procurement across diverse sectors including central and local government, the energy sector, construction, developments and infrastructure, defence, health, education, the regulated industries and utilities.
He practises the art of the possible – procurement rules are often seen as burdensome and restrictive, but there is a solution to most situations – or at least a way to navigate them to best commercial advantage and with least risk. This approach ensures that clients see him as pragmatic and having a can-do attitude. By cutting out jargon and getting to the point, Chris helps his clients achieve their goals fuss-free.
A keen thought leader, he has contributed significantly to the Procurement Lawyers' Association's working groups on framework agreements and on procurement in the National Health Service (NHS) in England.
