Beyond transactional work, Daniel serves as trusted outside counsel to growth stage and mid-market companies, advising on corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracting, and compliance. He also supports emerging companies and investors on venture financings and strategic alliances.
Daniel is active in the business and legal community and regularly contributes insights on cross border M&A trends, deal execution and Canada–U.S. market developments.
