Dominic is a Principal Associate in the firm's international arbitration practice in London. He has acted for clients across a broad range of jurisdictions in connection with major and complex energy, infrastructure, process plant and construction projects around the world.

He also has experience advising clients involved in construction and engineering disputes domestically, assisting in their resolution and the management of live risks during a project's life cycle.

Process plant, Northern Europe: Belgian-seated ICC arbitration acting for an international engineering solutions company on a dispute arising out of a project for the rebuild of an industrial facility in northern Europe.
Water treatment project, Libya: Swiss-seated ICC arbitration related to disputes arising from the construction of a waste water treatment plant in Al Beida, Libya, during the Libyan Civil War.
Purchase of defective goods, Italy/Oman: London-seated ICC arbitration advising an Italian steel rolling mill on a dispute arising out of defective goods purchased from an Omani steel mill.
Process plant, Netherlands: London-seated ICC arbitration acting on behalf of an employer in relation to the construction of a process plant in the Netherlands.
Biomass energy plant, UK: London-seated ICC arbitration acting on behalf of a Nordic subcontractor relating to the construction of a biomass energy plant in the UK.
