Edward Khidirov

Edward Khidirov is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. His practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, with particular emphasis on corporate disputes, estate and trust litigation, and contentious family law cases. Edward has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.

Edward obtained his J.D. and B.C.L. from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. During his legal studies, Edward served as lead legal researcher at Estateably, where he was responsible for integrating provincial and state estate and trust administration laws into the company’s legal technology product.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Edward worked as a legal and social policy researcher at a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving access to justice for official language minority communities. He also volunteered as a senior caseworker for the Legal Information Clinic at McGill.
