Elysia Karabegović

Elysia Karabegovic is a law clerk based in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, working in the firm’s intellectual property group. She brings over a decade of experience supporting IP litigation matters.

Clients benefit from Elysia’s extensive trial and appellate expertise, as she has worked on dozens of patent, trademark and copyright matters before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. Elysia also assists on matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Copyright Board of Canada, and works closely with the firm’s trademark agents on proceedings before the Trademarks Opposition Board.

In addition to her litigation experience, Elysia has served as Moot Administrator for the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot since 2016.
