Emma Dennis

Emma Dennis is our (UK LLP) Inclusion and Engagement Senior Manager. Emma is based in Birmingham in our Inclusion and Engagement team.

With more than 20 years' experience in professional services and 12 years' experience in DE&I she has a detailed understanding of what it takes to see sustained progress across all areas of diversity. Emma is passionate about diversity, works to create an inclusive culture at the firm and engages with all of our people to embed DE&I into all that we do.

Emma also leads our Mental Health and Domestic Abuse Champions programme, ensuring our people can access the support they need at a time they need it. She works to break down any stigma associated with mental ill health and puts in place proactive support to ensure our people can manage their health and wellbeing.
