Erin Page

Erin Page is a partner in the Advocacy Department of Gowling WLG's Ottawa office.

Erin practises in the area of health law with a focus on civil litigation and regulatory/administrative law, including medical negligence, professional liability and professional disciplinary matters. She has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court. In addition, Erin represents medical professionals before various administrative tribunals, including the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.

Erin strongly believes in giving back to the community. She has volunteered with local organizations, including the Pro Bono Legal Clinic and Lawyers Feed the Hungry. She has also served on the Health Law Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association, as well as the Young Lawyers Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association.
