Commercial Litigation
Haddon's commercial litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, involving contract disputes, P3 arbitrations, oppression claims, professional negligence, and class proceedings. He works with clients across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, logistics, and infrastructure.
Haddon has appeared extensively before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice - Commercial List and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He also has substantial experience representing clients through a variety of alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including private arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Restructuring and Insolvency
