Helen Roberts

Helen specialises in commercial development. Over the years she has acted for a variety of institutional and private clients across different sectors, with a particular focus on major projects within the industrial and logistics sector.

She typically works alongside her clients throughout the full life cycle of the development, from initial land acquisition / joint venture arrangements through to funding, disposals, and everything in between.

Helen listens to clients, and adapts to their needs. Her goal is to understand what is important to her clients, so that she can interact with them in a way that suits their business and get their deals over the line.

Helen's highlights include:

• Working with a joint venture client over several years to acquire land for a major gateway scheme. Challenges included complex land assembly involving phasing, extensive conditionality and multiple landowners, bespoke funding arrangements, off site infrastructure works and environmental issues.
• Acting for a national developer in connection with the development and disposal of a scheme to various occupiers and institutional investors, comprising in excess of 3 million square feet of industrial space
