Irene Ludwig

Irene Ludwig is a Legal Resources & Innovation Lawyer in the Calgary office of Gowling WLG. She practises in the area of business law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Irene is part of the team of business law lawyers within the Innovation and Knowledge Programs group. She serves as an internal consultant to professionals across the firm on client matters and speaking engagements, and assists with internal education. Irene’s role includes the delivery of traditional resources, such as the annotated model precedents used by professionals in the National Business Law Practice Group, as well as innovative tools.

Before joining Gowling WLG, Irene was a partner in the Calgary office of a national law firm, with a practice focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Irene is a director of the Kids Up Front Foundation (Calgary).
