Jacqueline is head of the firm's cross-firm affordable housing practice. Her practice area focuses on the real estate side, helping Registered Providers of Social Housing (RPs) (both for profit and not for profit), and other affordable housing providers (local authorities, CICs and charities), together with investors in the sector, with their full range of real estate requirements, including the acquisition, development and ongoing management of their property, in an efficient and pragmatic manner. Jacqueline also advises RPs on regulatory matters and a range of public funding arrangements. The size of her clients and deals means that her team is at the forefront of the affordable housing sector space.

Recent Experience
- Advised L&G Affordable Housing on a range of development matters, both s106 affordable housing / golden brick deals, and land led deals, including its first deal with Lovell Partnerships on the acquisition of 114 affordable units at Oldbury, in the West Midlands.
- She works closely with Sanctuary Housing to help them deliver their Homes England development programme, including many golden brick acquisitions, and including the site acquisition and procurement of the construction of 76 modular units by Ilke Homes in its first substantial modular construction deal.
- Acted for Sanctuary on its acquisition of 284 properties spread across the north of England from Accent Group, which will provide supported accommodation for homeless young people, domestic abuse survivors and people with learning disabilities.
- She has acted for over 15 years for Bournville Village Trust (BVT) in its JV with and the Homes and Communities Agency, in their development of Lightmoor Village, Telford – the '21st century Bournville', including acquisitions of golden brick units by BVT.
