Jasvir Kaur

Jasvir specialises in commercial property disputes, and is experienced in dealing with the litigation aspects of lease renewals (uncontested and hostile) on behalf of landlords and tenants, exercise of break rights, advising on conditional break options, possession proceedings, dilapidations claims, rent reviews, securing vacant possession, service charge and rental disputes and insolvency matters. Jasvir advises on a variety of property disputes in an organised and efficient manner.

Jasvir has vast experience on telecommunications matters and, in particular, has spent just under a year at secondment with a telecommunications operator, this provided her with greater insight into business needs. She has experience with all aspects of the New Code including Part 4 and Part 5 claims and termination procedures and disputes. Jasvir also has experience with the termination procedure under the Old Code.
