Julia Dacre Field leads our residential development team in Leeds and is widely acknowledged for her expertise in residential development, strategic land, PRS and regeneration. Julia acts for house builders, promoters, landowners and public bodies on residential development, strategic land assembly, regeneration schemes and mixed-use projects. She specialises in complex high value multi-party transactions.

Julia is valued for her straight-forward, solution led approach to transactions. Julia uses her many years of experience to resolve complex problems and achieve positive outcomes for all parties.

Experience

Acting on behalf of David Wilson and Barratt Homes in the purchase of its flagship site at Burley in Wharfedale, which was the largest residential land transaction in the region.
Acting on behalf of Taylor Wimpey in the joint purchase with Home Group of a large brownfield site in Allen's West from a company in administration, with complex remediation and title issues.
Acting for a consortium of housebuilders in the site assembly of over 78 acres of land for an award winning development, including the provision of community facilities. This included dealing with collaboration agreements; development agreements; equalisation provisions and a number of strategic option agreements
