Khalil is a Partner in the real estate team, specialising in investment, development and asset management work. He acts for pension funds, private investors, large developers and institutional investors.
He is experienced in a wide range of development, investment and asset management work, and acts on sales, purchases, lettings, sale and leasebacks, financings as well as the property elements of corporate-led acquisitions and disposals.
He has a particular focus on logistics and has acted for Industrials REIT (previously Stenprop) for a number of years, acquiring multi-let industrial sites and building up a multi-let industrials platform, which is now worth in excess of £3 billion. And since the merger of Industrials REIT and St. Modwen Logistics to form Indurent, Khalil has advised on the acquisition of over £2 billion of assets.
Khalil is highly regarded for his commercial, pro-active approach and getting deals done with the minimum fuss.
