Ludovic Obregon-Marchand

Ludovic Obregon-Marchand is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office, practising primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.

Ludovic advises and represents clients in various areas of civil law, including construction law, and defends their interests in court, as well as during negotiation, mediation and arbitration processes.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université du Québec à Montréal, where he was recognized on the Honour roll of the Faculty of Political Science and Law.

During his studies, Ludovic gained extensive and diverse experience, including working for one of the country’s largest commercial landlords and clerking for a Quebec Superior Court judge.

He practises in French and English and is fluent in Spanish.
