Magnus is a PSL Of Counsel in our Projects & Finance Team. Magnus in this capacity shares responsibility for managing its technical knowledge and resources, and otherwise providing our lawyers with expert advice and support in projects and finance, so we can deliver the best possible service to our clients.

Magnus has over 25 years' experience advising on project financings, other financings, and M&A and other corporate transactions, and as a part of this has advised lenders, sponsors, governmental entities and others across a very broad range of energy, resources and infrastructure sectors. These have been in 72 countries, mainly in UK and the rest of Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa. As part of this overall experience, Magnus has obtained a substantial amount and broad cross-section of professional support lawyer type experience.
