Manuel Dominguez

Manuel Dominguez is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office, practising in the Insolvency and Restructuring Group.

He supports clients across various industries on matters arising from formal insolvency proceedings. Manuel also assists with business loan recovery across multiple industries.

His restructuring and insolvency practice involves advising debtor companies, lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and others impacted by business insolvency issues. Additionally, Manuel has experience advising on cross-border insolvency matters.

Originally from Spain, Manuel has called Canada home since 2013. His diverse life experiences help him to effectively navigate complex challenges and provide tailored solutions for clients. Known for his approachable nature, optimism and perseverance, Manuel is a valued team member.

Manuel is a member Gowling WLG’s Social Committee and thoroughly enjoys contributing in that role, finding creative ways to enhance the workplace environment and foster a sense of community. 

In his free time, Manuel is always up for a game of golf, tennis or soccer.
