Matthew Poole is a Partner in Gowling WLG's Tax team, specialising in real estate tax and the structuring of complex UK and cross-border transactions. He advises developers, institutional investors, fund managers, sovereign wealth funds, pension schemes and major corporates on acquisitions, disposals, financings, joint ventures and fund-related matters.
