Natalia Mioduszewski is an associate in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office, practicing in both the Business Law and Indigenous Law groups.
Natalia assists corporate and Indigenous clients with a wide range of corporate commercial and general corporate matters, including advising on limited partnership and corporate structures and working on corporate governance matters.
In her practice, Natalia actively addresses her clients’ unique needs by reaching lasting solutions that protect their rights, advance their economic prosperity goals, and help them achieve their distinct visions of self-determination and self-governance. She regularly works on governance-related matters, including drafting laws and bylaws, drafting policies, managing land use and rights on reserve, and working with land codes and other governance matters.
Natalia completed her JD at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC. During law school, Natalia served as the Director of Wellness for the Law Students' Society. She also volunteered with BC's Legal Services Society, where she researched and responded to questions in the area of family law via an online messaging service.
Prior to law school, Natalia completed her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Sociology and a minor in Hispanic Studies at the University of Victoria.
