Natasha Barrett is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Waterloo Region office, where she advises on corporate, contractual and transactional matters—with a focus on tax-exempt organizations.

Drawing on her solid background in corporate governance, Natasha works with charities, not-for-profits and other tax-exempt entities, helping them navigate complex regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Natasha gained valuable experience as in-house counsel in the retail and energy industries, where she honed her skills in strategic legal planning and corporate oversight.
