Natasha Neech is an Associate (non-qualified) in our real estate group and manages our affordable housing conveyancing team, which handles a wide range of volume conveyancing transactions for registered providers of social housing and developer/operators in retirement living space.

She has many years' experience in residential property and housing transactions, dealing with open market plot sales, shared ownership sales, extra care schemes, retirement schemes, social homebuy transactions, shared ownership resales, buy backs of shared ownership properties, repossessions, land disposals, right to buys and right to acquire (including voluntary sales schemes and disposals), staircasing (interim and final tranche sales), lease extensions, enfranchisements, licences, deeds of variation, surrender and regrants, void sales and auction sales.

Natasha's clients include Sanctuary Group, Clarion Housing, London & Quadrant and Legal & General Affordable Homes.
