Patrick Chen

Patrick Chen is an associate in the Business Law Group of Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. He practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and general corporate commercial matters. He has advised a range of public and private companies on domestic and international transactions.

Patrick completed his law degree at the University of Toronto. He holds a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he graduated with high distinction. During law school, Patrick was an associate editor on the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review and volunteered at Downtown Legal Services.
