Peter Sypnowich

Peter Sypnowich is an associate in the Business Law Group in Toronto. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and a range of capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings, reverse takeovers and private placements of securities. Peter also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including stock exchange compliance and continuous disclosure obligations for public issuers.

Prior to law school, Peter worked for a global investment management firm as well as a trust corporation. Peter joined Gowling WLG’s Toronto office as a summer student in 2023 and completed his articles with the firm in 2024/2025.
