Rachel Pennell

Rachel specialises in commercial contracts, working for both private and public sector clients across various sectors. Rachel advises on a wide range of commercial agreements, including in areas such as manufacturing, distribution, agency, logistics, warehousing and general supply of goods and services and in the context of large strategic projects as well as day-to-day contractual matters.

Rachel has worked as an in-house lawyer on her secondments (including to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games) and understands the value of clear, commercial and pragmatic advice.
