Reagan represents lenders and borrowers across a broad variety of sectors and industries such as agriculture (specifically focusing on complex agricultural matters), mortgage investment corporations (MICs), oil and gas, alternative energy and real estate development, including most recently:

• Counsel to two bank joint financing for $204 million senior secured credit facilities to a 70,000 acre, and growing, farming operation in Western Canada
• Counsel to two bank joint financing for $180 million senior secured credit facilities to a farming joint venture with extensive land holdings in Western Canada 
• Counsel to two bank joint financing for US $56,900,000 senior secured credit facilities to an Alberta cattle feedlot and farming operation
• Canadian counsel to the agent and lender syndicate for US $100 million syndicated senior secured credit facilities to an established West Canadian and US cattle rancher 
• Counsel to the agent and lending syndicate for $83 million syndicated senior secured credit facilities to an Alberta cattle feedlot operator with extensive land holdings in Alberta 
• Counsel to an established Canadian farming conglomerate with respect to the establishment of a syndicated credit facility over $375,000,000, and with respect to ongoing acquisition matters
• Counsel to ATB Financial as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders in the financing provided to Duvernay Energy Corporation following its creation as a standalone entity for the purpose of the joint venture between Athabasca Oil Corporation and Cenovus Energy Inc.
• Counsel to the Canada Infrastructure Bank with respect to a $100 million loan participation agreement with the First Nations Bank of Canada for enabling infrastructure in First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities 
• Counsel to the Canada Infrastructure Bank with respect to a $100 million loan to Inuvialuit Energy Security Project Ltd. with respect to the development and construction of the M-18 well in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region
• Counsel to the Canada Infrastructure Bank with respect to a $33 million loan with Alexander First Nation, First Nation Power Development (FNpower) and Concord Green Energy with respect to the Tilley Solar Project 
• Counsel to a Canadian parent company and various subsidiaries with operations spanning across Canada and the US with respect to its syndicated credit facilities including Canadian dollar facilities over $500 million and US dollar facilities of US $40 million 
• Counsel to a five bank syndicate for a $160 million (with $35 million accordion option) senior secured credit facilities for acquisition and refinancing purposes of a parent holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in diverse transportation, manufacturing, wholesale and retail sales and services businesses
• Counsel to a two bank syndicate for $71 million senior secured acquisition credit facilities engaged in energy transportation and services businesses 
• Counsel to a four bank syndicate for $220 million senior secured credit facilities with respect to the acquisition of a privately held oil and gas company
• Counsel to a five bank syndicate for a $162 million senior secured credit facility for the refinancing of an office tower in Edmonton
• Counsel to a four bank syndicate for a $115 million senior secured credit facilities made available to a land trust for farmland investment to be leased to farming operations 
• Counsel to a Canadian financial institution with respect to a $50 million credit facility made available to a Western Canadian mortgage investment corporation
• Counsel to a major Western Canadian developer in connection with its $280.5 million senior secured credit facilities provided by a syndicate of major Canadian lending institutions in respect of a multi-purpose luxury living community development in Calgary, Alberta 
• Counsel to the agent and lenders on a syndicated $135 million financing of a multi-phase approximately 640 acre portion of a 1,000 plus acre residential development in Calgary to a large Western Canadian real estate developer 
• Counsel to CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and TD Securities Inc. with respect to the Calgary Airport Authority's inaugural bond offering of $2.075 billion
