Rian's recent and relevant experience includes advising:

• on the £39 million acquisition of a large site for housing development, which started as a complex conditional put and call structure, and evolved into a conditional contract precedent on a successful planning application;
• on an option agreement securing a site for a national housebuilder for future housing by helping to find solutions that fit with the landowner's vision for the area;
• a national house builder in project transferring all their land interests from one group company to another.
