Suzanne Elie

Suzanne Elie is the manager of corporate services in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office, where she heads the paralegal team. In this role, she is in charge of administering corporate services.

She works closely with corporate and business lawyers and other Gowling WLG professionals. Leveraging her 27 years of experience, she conducts due diligence and drafts corporate documents for mergers, acquisitions and business restructurings. 

Suzanne also oversees the daily management, coordination and training of her team members and supervises the execution of matters assigned to her team. She is also responsible for recruiting and developing her team members, as well as conducting their performance reviews. 

Suzanne is fluent in English and French.
