Bio

Wolfram Pätzold is Head of Gowling WLG's German real estate practice.

With more than 25 years' experience, he advises German and international investment and asset managers, banks and corporates on their real estate investments. Wolfram has a large track record on complex investment structures and developments including joint ventures. He also advises corporates on site acquisitions, sale and lease backs, project developments as well as day to day management of their properties.

Since many years Wolfram is highly regarded by directories such as The Legal 500 Germany, Who's Who Legal Real Estate and Best Lawyers. He received praise for his "efficiency and client oriented approach" (Who's Who Legal Real Estate) and clients recognize "his enormous transaction and negotiation experience" (Legal 500 Germany - 2023).

Advised a US listed company on the sale of a research center.
Advised German investment manager CONREN Land on the acquisition of office buildings in Germany.
Advised HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH on the acquisition of the Media Tower in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Advised HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH on the acquisition of an office building in Mannheim, Germany.
Advised a Singaporean Sovereign Wealth Fund on the German aspects of the acquisition of the data centre business from Equinix.
