Key changes to the Competition and Markets Authority's investigatory powers entered into force on 1 January 2025.
To help in-house counsel get to grips with these changes, as well as the resulting risks for businesses, we are delighted to host an interactive "dawn raids" workshop on Thursday 27th February in our Birmingham office.
The workshop will take attendees through an imagined scenario, and will use participants' own engagement with unfolding events on the day to:
- highlight various challenges that can arise during a competition law "dawn raid"; and
- explore how these may be effectively managed.
This event is being run via our ThinkHouse programme, and is designed specifically for senior in-house counsel.
