INTA 2026: Agile brand protection in the era of AI
London Excel Arena
2–6 May 2026
Welcome to London
London is a global hub of innovation, invention and creativity. It's a mindset embedded in the city's history, it's culture and it's a part of everyday life.
We're delighted INTA 2026 is right in our backyard and we're looking forward to welcoming you to one of our principal global cities.
London's awash with world-famous landmarks all set against vibrant, colourful and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods that are home to hundreds of top-quality restaurants, bars and friendly hotels.
We want to help you make the most of your stay. We've put together a handy visitors' guide featuring recommendations from colleagues living in the capital, to help get you acquainted with our corner of the city. It includes a mass of tips about travelling on the London Underground, where to go, what to see, along with a few must-dos and a few must-don'ts.
But most importantly, we look forward to welcoming you!

What are the big topics?
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how intellectual property is created, protected and enforced
As a result, IP teams must evolve at speed and scale. AI is driving innovation and the development of new enforcement tools, agile cross-border co-ordination and a rethinking of ownership models.
Brand protection is digital-first and it's 'always-on'
Monitoring and enforcement now extend far beyond just online marketplaces, cyberspace and the metaverse. Consistent success is underpinned by global expertise, technical and regional know-how.
Finance and valuation of IP is also changing
Intangible assets' value is increasingly understood by boardrooms. It's now the cornerstone of corporate strategy and investment decisions. Policymakers are also catching up as governments aim to strike a sensitive balance between innovation and regulation.
In Europe the Unified Patent Court (UPC) is a rising force
Rapid agenda-setting decisions are driving litigation and strategic filings across Europe. Our team of UPC specialists is always available to offer critical insights and advice.
