Realstar Apartment Management launches RAP 3 Fund and completes first closing

On December 22, 2015, Realstar Apartment Management completed the initial closing and $235 million capitalization of its Realstar Apartment Partnership 3 (“RAP 3”) Fund.
RAP 3 is a closed end multi residential fund sponsored and managed by Realstar Apartment Management.
Gowlings acted for the investors with a team that included Robert Hull and Michael Bussmann (tax).
