Pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated May 1, 2018, 10559440 Canada Inc. purchased all of the issued and outstanding shares of KJP Select Hardwoods Inc., a specialty lumber store in Ottawa, from the owners Bernhard Behne and Catherine Behne.
