On April 25, 2018, MyHealth Partners Inc. acquired the assets of Oxford Partners Inc., a diagnostic imaging services business with six medical clinics located in Newmarket, Pickering, Thornhill and Toronto (Bathurst, Bay and King Streets).
MyHealth Partners is a diagnostic health facility with locations across Ontario.
Nurhan Aycan and Marcus Hinkley of Gowling WLG advised MyHealth Partners in this acquisition.
