• Counsel to Fengate Capital Management Ltd. in the structure, creation and ongoing operation of its flagship US$1.1 billion Fengate Infrastructure Fund IV. 
• Acted for Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) in connection with its initial co-investment in euNetworks Group Holdings Limited (euNetworks) alongside Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners (Stonepeak) and the subsequent €2.1 billion equity recapitalization of euNetworks, led by Stonepeak, IMCO, and APG Asset Management. 
• Acted for Investment Management Corporation of Ontario in connection with multiple investments in private credit funds managed by Sagard. 
• Acted for Canadian land settlement trust in connection with a commitment in excess of US$100 million to a segregated private equity investment fund managed by Adams Street Partners focused on direct private equity fund investments, secondary private fund investments and co-investments.  
• Acted for CIM Group in connection with the indirect sale by multiple infrastructure funds of their interests in two data centres in the Greater Toronto Area to Cologix. 
• Counsel to McRock Capital Corporation in connection with the formation of McRock Fund III, a venture capital fund focused on digital industrial innovation. 
• Counsel to Fengate Capital Management Ltd. in connection with the structure, creation and ongoing operation of its open-ended Fengate Infrastructure Yield Fund with current capital commitments in excess of C$1.2 billion. 
• Counsel to Fengate Capital Management Ltd. in connection with the establishment of segregated investment funds for a number of private pension funds.
• Counsel to Canadian insurance company as manager of an open-ended Canadian real estate fund with assets in excess of C$1 billion.
