Alex Wallis is a London based Senior Paralegal specialising in commercial contracts, with a particular interest on public sector procurement. Alex supports central government departments and local authorities on complex procurements and strategic commercial projects. Her day-to-day work includes drafting and reviewing commercial terms, definitions and schedules, with hands on experience across framework and call off documentation.
Alex brings strong project management skills to all aspects of her work, ensuring effective coordination and delivery throughout the full procurement lifecycle. She assists from early market engagement and preparing competition materials to evaluation support and award processes. Alex helps prepare, contract notices, successful bidder award notices, unsuccessful bidder letters structuring, drafting contract terms advising on bidder clarifications, bid evaluations and moderation supporting. Recent matters include work on procurement improvement initiatives and data processing schedules for education sector programmes, alongside broader IT and goods/services contracting.
