Bio
Andrew Pacheco is a land use planner in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, working in the municipal, real estate, and development fields.
Andrew assists a wide-range of clients throughout Ontario with their land use planning and development needs, by working closely with Gowling WLG’s legal team and external consultants. He assists in project development, policy analysis, zoning reviews, and the research and drafting of planning-related documents.
He also provides a broad range of planning services — including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, site plan approvals, and committee of adjustment matters — to ensure the delivery of successful and efficient planning to public and private-sector clients.
Andrew graduated from McMaster University with a BA (Honours) in Geography. He also earned a MPL (Master of Urban & Regional Planning) from Queen’s University.
