Bolloite Offor is an associate in Gowling WLG's Hamilton Office, where she helps clients navigate the intricate landscapes of real estate and mid-market lending transactions.

Believing that there is a soul to law, Bolloite is driven by a passion to build a practice that is client-focused and purpose-driven. For Bolloite, it's not just about navigating legal complexities but also about connecting with individuals and understanding their unique needs to deliver solutions.

Bolloite's commitment to her practice extends beyond her legal work. She actively engages in Hamilton's Black community, dedicating her time and effort to various initiatives, with a genuine aim to create a positive impact both in the legal field and the broader community. She is also the host of the "To Practice Law in Ontario" podcast, where she offers insights and experiences to support foreign-trained lawyers in Canada. Additionally, she hosts the "Getting Keys and Closing Deals" podcast, simplifying the complexities of real estate and lending transactions for a broader audience.

Bolloite holds a master of laws (LLM) degree from the University of Manitoba, with her thesis critiquing feminist influence on the Supreme Court of Canada's R v Barton decision. She has received several academic awards, including the University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship (U of M, 2019); the David T. Sgayias Graduate Fellowship (U of M, 2019); the Body of Benchers' Prize for Best Overall Student in Professional Responsibility (Nigerian Law School, 2017); and the Best Graduating Law Student (Afe Babalola University, 2016).
