Charlotte's relevant experience includes:

• Advising the Ministry of Defence (MoD) on its Future Services Delivery Contract. Charlotte was part of the team that advised the MoD on its armed forces HR, administrative, pay and pension services including mid-term service and ICT transformation. Charlotte successfully led the negotiation of the multi-faceted Future Services Delivery Contract focussing on mitigating risks and ensuring operational requirements were met. This involved strategic planning and negotiation to ensure that all legal and commercial requirements in a complex matrix were met.
• Providing ongoing commercial, legal, strategic and practical advice to an international sportswear brand, including on the restructuring of their EMEA distribution network and the novation of agreements with their distributors, as well as and day-to-day support on the management and exit of their distributors. The work for this client involves often complex legal issues and co-ordinating multiple stakeholders, as well as supporting smooth transitions in relation to the exit and sale of distributors and appointment of new management.
• Advising one of the largest nationwide logistics companies in the UK as an extension of their team and strategic advisor. Initially working with the client on a time sensitive warehouse move, Charlotte supported numerous client contacts across the business on a range of work from reviewing the client's warehousing agreement to ad hoc advice around their multiple cross-industry business-as-usual contracts.
• Drafting a suite of commercial agreements for a global provider of industrial automation solutions, including consultancy agreements, terms and conditions of purchase and agreements for the supply of multiple goods and services. Charlotte has extensive experience and a proven track record in drafting agreements that align with organisational goals and negotiating and advising on contractual rights, obligations and transitions throughout a contract lifecycle and across multiple sectors.
