Chloe Davies

Chloe is an associate in the Business Law Group at Gowling WLG’s Toronto office. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. 

Chloe earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where she graduated with Honours and received the Dr. John Whiteside Award in Legal Profession.

Before joining Gowling WLG as an associate, Chloe gained valuable experience as a summer and articling student in the firm’s Toronto office. She also holds a BAA with Honours in paralegal studies from Humber College and previously worked as a legal assistant at a prominent Bay Street firm.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys reading, exploring Toronto’s latest coffee shops, and watching motorsport.
