Chloe Davies

Chloe is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office and a member of the Business Law Group. Her practice focuses on private mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial transactions.

She regularly assists clients with asset and share purchases and sales, corporate reorganizations, and other corporate matters. Her practice also includes advising on commercial agreements and matters arising from clients' ongoing business operations.

Her broader transactional experience includes capital markets and securities matters, as well as transactions involving plans of arrangement, stalking horse bids, and court-supervised sale processes.

A graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, Chloe earned her Juris Doctor with Honours and received the Dr. John Whiteside Award in Legal Profession. She also holds a BAA with Honours in paralegal studies from Humber College. Before joining Gowling WLG as an associate, she summered and articled with the firm.
