Eleanor brings 12 years' experience of advising trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law, from ensuring her clients pension schemes adapt to evolving legislative frameworks, helping clients respond to intricate member queries, and to working with clients to review and plan long-term scheme strategy. Eleanor enjoys working with clients to help them plan and implement scheme projects such as mergers, restructurings, liability management exercises and preparation for risk transfer.
Recently, Eleanor has advised on a complex transfer involving the establishment of a new £4 billion defined benefit pension scheme operating in a regulated industry.
Eleanor's extensive advisory work spans both private and public sectors. Eleanor has advised both public sector bodies and private sector contractors, on key public service pensions issues such as new Fair Deal, and supports clients on public sector outsourcing and procurement exercises.
Additionally, Eleanor dedicates time to pro bono matters and is the pensions team lead for pro bono opportunities.

Eleanor acts for the trustees of the hybrid scheme of an investment bank with assets of over £4 billion and other hybrid and DB schemes in the aerospace, manufacturing and retail sectors.
