Gabriel D'Addona

Gabriel D'Addona is an associate in Gowling WLG's Montreal office, practising in the Commercial Litigation Group.

His practice covers various aspects of commercial and civil litigation, with a particular focus on product liability, consumer law, class action defence, contractual disputes, insurance law and professional liability. Gabriel represents clients across a wide array of industries, including the automotive, insurance, and construction sectors, and provides legal advice to prevent, manage and settle disputes.

He has represented clients before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.
