Hannah works with investors, corporate occupiers and other large entities to manage their real estate portfolios, whether they are industrial, retail or office led. Hannah's concentrated focus on asset management means that she is well placed to ensure that her clients are utilising their portfolio to the best advantage whilst developing and maintaining good relationships with their tenants.

Hannah has a passion for innovation and has played an important role in setting up a streamlined leasing platform for a key client with a large property portfolio, allowing for a high level of automation and process control.

"In designing the system, my goal was to provide a seamless user experience, both for the client and our team, but with the flexibility to cater for a wide range of commercial deals, whilst having safety mechanisms to enable satisfaction of the clients' requirements and to minimise human error."

Hannah continues to use the skills gained from this work to find new innovative ways to improve efficiencies in order to enable her clients to get their deals done quicker at competitive prices.
