
Bio
Jill Crich is an articling student in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, focusing her work with the Intellectual Property Group.
Jill completed her law degree from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. During her studies, Jill participated in several competitive moots. At the Oxford International IP Moot, she advanced to the quarterfinals and won Best New Team. Jill also competed at the Harold G. Fox Moot and the McCarthy Tétrault Cup, where she won Top Oralist and Top Appellant.
She has prior professional experience in the life sciences industry, where she was involved in the development and execution of global and national market access strategies for products in the areas of oncology and infectious disease.
Prior to entering law school, Jill earned a Master of Science in Law from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she focused on pharmaceutical regulation and intellectual property. She also graduated from Western University, where she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in microbiology and immunology, and biology.
