Justus Seitz is Associate in the Corporate / M&A practice group in Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office. He advises clients in national and international M&A transactions, including private equity, reorganizations and general corporate law matters, with a particular focus on Corporate Governance.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2023, Justus worked for another well known international law firm.
