• An institutional investor and Sonar Real Estate on the acquisition of the office complex Zielstattstraße 42, 44 and 48 in Munich.
• A leading developer and owner of logistics properties in Europe on a sale-and-lease-back transaction of a logistics property in Düsseldorf/Neuss.
• An institutional investor on the acquisition of a residential portfolio consisting of more than 800 residential units.
