Katherine Huet

Kate is an Associate (Australian Qualified) in our energy practice; she advises clients on energy commercial contracts, and energy regulation queries.

Kate frequently advises clients on power purchase agreements, power connection agreements, energy industry codes and energy market schemes. In addition to this, she also advises on energy regulation within the Great Britain gas and electricity markets, and has previous experience in both the Australian and wider Asia-Pacific markets. Her clients include energy users, generators, suppliers, developers, lenders, managers of industry codes, and government departments.
